As a strategic sales leader, you will drive business growth by cultivating key relationships with insurance companies and intermediaries. Your expertise in health tech and insurtech partnerships will be instrumental in identifying new revenue streams and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the insurance ecosystem, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual success.
- Expand our sales channels through multiple routes to market, including direct sales teams and insurance intermediaries, ensuring a diverse and resilient revenue base.
- Lead product development efforts by providing actionable feedback to inform new features and enhancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue generated, lives onboarded, and broker partnerships established, to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimal performance.
- 6-8 years of experience driving sales through insurance intermediaries, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven expertise in health tech/insurtech/insurance player partnerships, with a deep understanding of the complex dynamics at play in the insurance industry.
- A proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams from the ground up, with a talent for identifying and nurturing top sales talent.
