Ambitious Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our upcoming projects. As a project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery in state-of-the-art facilities.

  • Apply creative solutions to achieve exceptional results in world-class facilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Oversee project management, including scheduling and monitoring.
  • Align with project leaders and teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage budgets, handle invoicing, and conduct quality control and assurance.
  • Source local and imported materials and manage their installation.
  • Collaborate with MEP teams and other project participants on coordination.
  • Have knowledge of MEP, BIM, fast-track projects, lighting, and landscape-related works.
  • Monitor projects using MS Project, Primavera, or other tools, identifying key milestones and areas for productivity improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and maintain an excellent tracking system to ensure snag-free handovers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in hospital and hotel settings.
