Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our team. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for guiding the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.

  • Lead UX Design Process: Oversee the entire UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of design solutions.
  • Mentor and Develop Team: Lead and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • User-Centered Design: Drive user-centered design decisions through behavioral insights, live platform data, and usability metrics.
  • UX Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
