Program Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our EdTech programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student batches end-to-end, from onboarding to completion.
  • Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Monitor student engagement, track progress, and provide support when needed.
  • Collaborate with mentors to deliver high-quality sessions.
  • Develop and improve post-sales processes to enhance the student experience.
  • Track key metrics, including attendance, completion rates, feedback, and NPS.
  • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and drive program enhancements.
  • Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to refine the overall experience.
  • Proactively address issues, such as dropouts and delays, to ensure program success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in EdTech program management, managing students, mentors, and operational processes.
  • A strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
