Job Description

You'll be driving programs that accelerate our vision as an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth.

We're looking for someone who thrives on unlocking new business opportunities, identifying and pitching them to leadership, institutions, corporates, and individuals to fuel our growth.

  • Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
