Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the program journey.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage program timelines and ensure alignment of deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Evaluate and maintain the quality of all learning communications to ensure adherence to established standards and branding guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to meet business needs and respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as required.
  • Customer-focused experience with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Tech-savviness with an ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools.
  • Detail-orientation with high attention to detail in written communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across teams to provide exceptional learner support.
