We are currently seeking an experienced Program Development Coordinator to support and strengthen our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers. This will involve coordinating with various stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners to ensure seamless program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  • Coordinate mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Ability to travel extensively across different districts of the state.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Self-driven individual with ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines.
