
Learning and Development Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Learning and Development team, overseeing the delivery of high-impact training sessions across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitation, program management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver and oversee high-quality training sessions to ensure consistent delivery and engagement.
- Lead end-to-end learning and engagement programs with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop trainers to achieve high-quality training sessions.
- Consolidate training data, track KPIs, and report insights to stakeholders, informing strategic decisions.
- Engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks associated with training initiatives.
- Lead a team of Learning and Development staff, delegating tasks and achieving annual L&D goals.
- Develop, design, and deliver new training modules, catering to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct learning needs gap analysis and define training needs to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 8–10 years' experience in Learning and Development or HR, with a strong background in facilitation, program management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement among team members.
