Project Coordinator Role

This is a challenging role that involves coordinating various projects related to education programs.

  • Key responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and monitoring quality support programs in assigned states.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing school infrastructure and facilities, ensuring the availability of working toilets, functional libraries, computer labs, science labs, and energized classrooms.
  • They should also be able to activate critical processes in schools, such as sports, assemblies, schedules, libraries, student committees, forums, teacher professional development, and other student-centered activities.
  • In addition, they will need to manage academic and co-scholastic operations, including sports days, annual days, republic days, community volunteering, parent-teacher meetings, and other events.
  • Responsibilities may also include formulating annual operating plans, submitting monthly budget provisions, and monitoring day-to-day expenses.
  • Support in recruiting academic mentors/trainers in consultation with HR is also expected.
  • Effective communication and strong organizational skills are required for this role, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
