Are you a meticulous accounting professional with a passion for numbers? We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Accountant to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune, requiring the candidate to handle day-to-day accounting functions, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation to ensure seamless cash flow.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records to support business decision-making.
  • Taxation Compliance: Handle taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Support management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
