Financial Management Expert Required

Job Title: Financial Management Expert – Real Estate & Construction

  • Location: Pune, Maharashtra

  • Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial management expert to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate and construction industry, with proven expertise in RERA submissions, project-based accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
  • Prepare and file RERA quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
