Technical Support Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer support desk.

  • Lead a team of technical support specialists in resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce resolution times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing resolution times.
  • Strong technical skills in Windows Server, AD, RDP, IIS, Linux, networking, virtualization, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on Technical Skills: Windows Server/AD/RDP/IIS, basic Linux, networking (NAT, VPN, SSL, DNS), certificates.
  • Virtualization/Cloud:** VMware/vCenter, CloudStack/OpenStack basics, snapshots/DR.
  • Security/Monitoring: FortiGate or PFsense, HAProxy, Wazuh/ELK, PRTG/Prometheus, backups.
  • Tools: ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SLA, automation, reports), Excel/Sheets, PowerShell/Bash.
  • ITIL Foundation: (or equivalent exposure).
