Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our enterprise-level SRE team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a specialized team of technical experts who drive system resilience and observability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve high-impact production issues across infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve performance, reliability, and architectural challenges.
  • Participate in incident response efforts as a technical expert.
  • Design and implement tools and scripts to detect vulnerabilities, automate checks, and enhance system visibility.
  • Conduct post-incident audits and ensure follow-through on remediation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to unblock and resolve issues.
  • Proactively identify and drive resolution of issues without waiting for direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Networking, and Relational Databases.
  • Strong scripting skills for tooling and automation.
  • Ability to lead through influence and solve problems across teams.
  • Experience with incident response and postmortem processes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Ability to mentor and coach other engineers and development teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
