Job Title: Technical Strategist

About the Role:

As a Technical Strategist, you will be responsible for driving innovation in materials, processes, and product designs.

You will lead R&D efforts for new products catering to Oil & Gas industry applications and explore and develop hydrogen-compatible products.

The successful candidate will have advanced metallurgical knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting, process optimization, and material selection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all Technical Services, Quality Control, and Product Development activities.
  • Define and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to international quality and industry standards (API, ISO, ASTM, etc.).
  • Oversee quality systems across manufacturing units, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation in materials, processes, and product designs.
  • Apply advanced metallurgical knowledge for troubleshooting, process optimization, and material selection.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for key clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of metallurgical principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
