Senior Data Strategist

The role of Senior Data Strategist entails providing vision and leadership for data engineering solutions across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of our data engineering initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure data architectures that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data solutions on various cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve data infrastructure and practices.
  • Develop detailed documentation of data architecture, flows, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in data architecture or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing data solutions on at least one major cloud platform.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native data services.
  • Experience with big data technologies and data warehousing concepts.
