Indian and Chinese Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As an expert in Indian and Chinese cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that showcase regional flavors and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present exceptional dishes that highlight local ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
  • Contribute to menu development by incorporating local specialties and innovative ideas.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene across all dishes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and Commis chefs.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to optimize kitchen operations and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, monitor food wastage, and support procurement processes.
  • Engage with guests, participate in live cooking sessions, and promote regional cuisine.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional kitchen experience in quality hotels or resorts.
  • Strong expertise in Indian, Chinese, and regional cuisines, with knowledge of traditional cooking methods.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, quality, and consistency in food preparation.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, remote hospitality environment.
