About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Building Information Modelling (BIM) professional to spearhead BIM processes and standards in our Mumbai office.

As part of our strategic expansion into South Asia, we are setting up a Mumbai studio. The office will cater to local Indian clients as well as serve as an integrated Revit resource hub supporting our international studios.

  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • An Indian qualified professional with a minimum of 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • A hands-on expert in Revit and BIM processes, preferably with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • A proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
