  • Develop comprehensive training programs that ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Drive the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training and process coaching strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Implement robust performance tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Qualifications:
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex training, operational, and process-related challenges.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to drive improvements and measure training effectiveness.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, process coaches, and managers to drive high performance and achieve training objectives.
  • HCC knowledge with extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing a team of managers, trainers, or quality leaders in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Coding certification – AAPC/AHIMA.
