Job Title: Network Operations Manager

The role of a Network Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To expand the ambulance network by locating and interacting with private operators in identified cities.
  • To train ambulance owners and staff to use our mobile App for trips, thus enhancing efficiency.
  • To coordinate with the call center for regular ambulance trips, ensuring seamless operations.
  • To follow up with ambulance operators and users for payments, maintaining financial stability.
  • To assist the call center in negotiating rates with operators for various trips or events, promoting cost-effectiveness.
  • To monitor critical trip progress, especially outstation trips, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • To resolve issues with users, the call center, and ambulance staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • To escalate issues beyond control to senior management, guaranteeing swift action.
  • To attend mandatory meetings and provide activity updates, maintaining transparency.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, multitasking abilities, adaptability to startup culture, availability during business hours, a personal laptop, and multilingual proficiency (preferably English, Hindi, and Tamil), enabling effective collaboration.
