Job Description

As a seasoned Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our messaging solutions. Our company offers top-notch messaging services to enterprises across the world, with a wide array of solutions such as SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Messaging, Viber Messaging, 2way communication message and emails.

The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols. They will also have a strong understanding of A2P SMS technologies, including SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for VAS related issues
  • Manage day to day operations of SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting
  • New clients interconnect and interconnection testing

The successful candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to work flexible hours, good written and verbal communication skills, advanced project management skills, and ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
