Program Management Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our training and upskilling charter for our India team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and professional development of associates.

About the Role:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers to drive business outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  • Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters / Post Graduate Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Certification in training or development is a plus.
  • Experience in retail or large-scale operations is desired.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on training effectiveness.
