About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to plan and execute internal activities, and deliver high-quality results.


Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinating with team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Issue Resolution: Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Internal Activities: Planning and executing internal COE activities effectively.
  • Deliverables: Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Status Reports: Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Communication Plans: Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • User Manuals: Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed.

Requirements
  • Team Player: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP Certification: PMP certification is an added advantage.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Ambitious and motivated individuals who can effectively manage projects from start to finish will be preferred. Experience in similar roles and certifications such as PMP will be given due consideration.
