Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to lead and optimize our Project & Services Delivery operations across major metros in India. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, especially in building and managing high-performance teams across geographies. The role demands a process-driven professional with a strong background in operations, preferably an ex-Defence Services leader, who has successfully transitioned into corporate service industries.

The COO will be responsible for setting up scalable operational structures, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery in alignment with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
• Drive operational excellence in project execution and services delivery for Fire Safety, Electronic Security, and BMS across major metros.
• Lead multi-location teams and ensure consistent delivery performance across all sites.
• Develop and implement operational frameworks, SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure efficient resource planning, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
• Team Building & Management
• Hire, mentor, and lead high-performance teams across multiple cities.
• Build operations teams for new geographies as the company expands.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity.
• Process Design & Systems Implementation
• Design and implement robust processes and systems for managing complex project deliveries and AMC services.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean operational practices.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) networks in IT/ITES and Industrial sectors.
• Interface with leading IPCs like
  JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Knight Frank
  , etc., to ensure seamless project and service coordination.
• Build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
• Strategic Planning & Growth Enablement
• Support the CEO in shaping strategic direction and expansion plans.
• Identify and lead key operational initiatives that support the company's growth and market leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience & Background
• Preferably Ex-Defence Services Officer
  with leadership experience and transition to corporate services roles.
• Minimum
  15+ years of experience
  , with at least
  5 years in a senior leadership role
  in operations, preferably in Building Systems, Fire & Safety, or Technical Facility Management industries.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up operational processes, quality frameworks, and service delivery mechanisms.
• Industry Exposure
• Strong familiarity with Corporate Real Estate networks
  , particularly in the
  IT/ITES and Industrial domains
  .
• Experience working with IPCs such as
  JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Knight Frank
  , etc.

• Educational Qualification
• Graduate in Engineering (preferred – Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields).
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Operations/General Management (preferred but not mandatory).
