About the role

Our Risk team ensures we are on safe footing. We work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance.

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to create the first line of defence. This person will develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, document, and review risks
  • Design, implement, and test controls
  • Develop and test key procedures
  • Create and review key risk indicators
  • Register risk events, manage, and deliver risk incident reports

What you'll need

  • A degree from a top university
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management (must have)
  • Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
  • Previous examples of interpreting complex data
  • A solid track record of achievement
  • The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
  • An organised approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
