Job Title: Senior Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Setting store sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  2. Maintaining Gross Margin, Stock On Hand (SOH), Segment & Brand mix, Discount management, and other key metrics as per business requirements.
  3. Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards across the store.
  4. Recommending product lines and ensuring an appropriate merchandise mix that meets customer needs.
  5. Driving sales, margin, shrink control, inventory management, and cost optimization initiatives.
  6. Managing commercials and statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Fostering teamwork among store staff, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  8. Identifying and developing talent for critical positions within the store.
  9. Addressing customer feedback to improve service and processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  10. Staying updated on competition and managing customer escalations efficiently.
  11. Driving local events and promotions as per the marketing calendar, enhancing brand visibility.
  12. Promoting a 'Customer Obsessed Culture' to prioritize customer centricity in all aspects of store operations.
