Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Relationship Manager located in Saraikela Kharsawan. The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Daily tasks include training retailers on using Pay1's offerings, handling grievances, and providing consistent support to help retailers maximize their business potential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer grievances and provide effective solutions
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, or related roles
• Basic understanding of retail business operations and financial services
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for business purposes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally to meet with retailers
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
