Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Senior Officer Commercial role provides commercial support for the entire customer care group. This involves coordinating with core support functions to drive business results and action oriented in a highly matrixed organization.

In this role, responsibilities include:

  • Driving AR disputes along with Project Manager/Collectors
  • Ensuring all approvals like finance approval on credit hold, NRDC before shipment
  • Ensuring tax charged is as per customer's PO
  • Reviewing documents required proactively for all orders to be shipped in a particular month
  • Ensuring compliance to Indian government laws, statutory or customer specific guidelines
  • Managing a team and ensuring everyone follows guidelines
  • Coordinating with all customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, you will need:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Commerce with more than 12 years of experience in related commercial accountants
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong management skills with excellent communication skills, managing a team of 6-8 team members
  • Working knowledge - JDE/Oracle/Strong command on Taxation/MS office
  • Knowledge of audit requirements, internal & external
