We seek an outstanding legal professional to join our International legal team based in India with 5 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with sales, deal management, sales operations, finance, and technical teams. They will also handle general contract and corporate matters as necessary and work closely with other lawyers in the Cohesity legal team, including the Chief Legal Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate and draft a high volume of complex technology sales and partnering transactions, and various other commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, license agreements, data processing agreements, professional services agreements, assignments, and amendments.
  2. Develop and implement legal efficiencies to support sales, channel, and business development teams and improve our contract processes and operations.
  3. Improve and create contract templates and negotiation playbooks and provide internal training to sales, sales operations, and legal operations.
  4. Work closely with sales leadership, deal management, and company leaders on strategic initiatives in support of all business verticals and customer-facing transactions.
  5. Provide proactive strategic advice regarding business and legal issues and risks.
