**Job Title:** Data Governance Specialist

Are you a data governance expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Specialist to lead and manage our enterprise-level data governance initiatives.

This role requires deep expertise in data governance frameworks, including data quality, stewardship, and metadata management.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and administration of data governance frameworks.
  • Design and configure data operating models, including domains, assets, workflows, and roles.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows using BPMN and scripting languages.
  • Integrate with enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies.
  • Implement and monitor data quality rules, lineage, and metadata management.
  • Provide training and support to users on data governance best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external data governance standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data governance or metadata management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data governance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data stewardship, and data lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in data APIs, BPMN, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with data cataloging, lineage, and business glossary.
  • Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Informatica, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
