Compliance Expert and Governance Professional

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida. As the Compliance Expert and Governance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining statutory records, organizing board meetings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, filing returns with regulatory bodies, and ensuring adherence to governance practices.

Your responsibilities will also involve liaising with external regulators, advisors, and auditors, as well as assisting with internal audits and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records
  • Organize and facilitate board meetings
  • Draft and review legal documents

Requirements:
