Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in NOIDA SECTOR 104. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting detailed OT assessments, therapy planning, and regular progress updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays.
  • Provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans.
  • Mentor junior therapists through feedback, 1:1 coaching, and group trainings.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team members and management to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays.
