Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Pediatricians and Neonatologists at Durgabai Deshmukh General Hospital and Research Centre, located in Chennai.

The role involves providing exceptional care to newborns and children, conducting regular examinations, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and monitoring the progress of patients in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Newborn Care: Develop and implement strategies to improve the health outcomes of newborns.
  • Neonatology: Provide expert care to premature infants and critically ill newborns.
  • Neonatal Intensive Care: Manage complex cases in the NICU, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex medical situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, parents, and caregivers to achieve shared goals.
