Job Title: Compliance Professional

Overview

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in social compliance and auditing. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive social audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  • Provide expert guidance on social compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Promote a culture of sustainability and social responsibility within the organization.
Requirements
  • A degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment is mandatory; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Candidates should possess customer service orientation and results-driven business acumen.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds is essential.
  • Sensitivity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information are necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in social compliance and CTPAT auditing is desirable, along with at least 200 verifiable social compliance audit days.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly advantageous.
  • Additional certifications such as SA8000 Auditor, RBA, BSCI, Higg, or equivalent are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with international and local labor standards and human rights issues is highly beneficial.
  • Frequent domestic travel and occasional overseas travel may be required.
