About this Role

This position involves overseeing the technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process. Ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity and Business Continuity: Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure business transaction data processing integrity.
  • ERP User Management: Managing user access privileges and passwords to maintain system security.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring Manufacturing process compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Technology Risk Management: Taking overall responsibility for Technology risk management activity in ERP for Manufacturing process.
  • Disaster Recovery Plan: Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.
  • API Configuration: Configuring critical fields and validating for Manufacturing process in Plant.
  • Integration: Integrating between ERP and Government Portal API requiring master configuration and management.
  • Customization: Customizing Legal document output Forms as PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO interfacing with customer and vendor.
  • User Issues Identification: Identifying High, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business process.
  • MIS Report Development: Developing and implementing MIS reports for Regulatory requirement, Finance requirement.
  • User Issue Analysis: Analyzing user issues that require Development, front-end, or back-end resolution with service provider involvement.
  • Transaction Security: Ensuring Security of transactions configuration to stop Backdated transactions update and unwanted user access based on user role and access privilege level.
  • System Monitoring: Monitoring System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • ERP Updates: Ensuring ERP Software is up-to-date with Latest Build Number for GST and TDS compliance coordination with Service provider and consultant.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting all technology issues.
  • Strategy Formulation: Formulating overall strategy and policy for effective ERP process functioning.
  • ERP Business Process Management: Monitoring, managing, and maintaining all ERP Business Processes.
  • Purchasing and Accounting: Purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP modules to upgrade business process efficiency.
  • Team Building and Management: Building and managing a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs and fulfilling through formal training and hand-holding coaching.
  • Employee Morale: Maintaining employee morale by creating a safe working environment.
  • Performance Motivation: Mentoring and motivating employees to achieve desired performance levels.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Candidates should have a Graduate degree from Technical (BE/BCA) or Master's degree from MBA/PGDBM/MCA with minimum 5 years of experience in ERP software across various modules including Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality Control, Sales, Export, Finance, and HR.

Technical skills required include SQL, Excel Pivot tables, knowledge of ERP technical modules RDF and DLD, and understanding of table and field access for transactional data and master data. Functional module knowledge with business process understanding is essential.

Preferred skills include customer orientation, analytical problem-solving, action-oriented approach, continuous learning, and excellent oral communication skills.
