Job Description\

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in managing ERP operations. The ideal candidate will oversee workflow, support users, and contribute to process optimization within the Farvision environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day ERP operations across modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR).
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
\Required Skills & Qualifications\
  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in ERP.
  • Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
