ERP Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ERP professional to join our team at ajiledone-technologies. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful projects and ensuring seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement processes for divestiture scenarios, including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
- Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences.
- Handle intercompany transactions (ST-OT, SK-OK, SD-OD), returns, and transfer orders.
- Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history.
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
- Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
- Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness.
- Support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.
