Job Title:

Product Manager, Infection Control

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that increase awareness and drive demand for infection control products.

  • Design and implement promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and industry conferences to showcase our products' features and benefits.
  • Create engaging presentations that highlight our products' unique selling points.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

This role entails a range of key responsibilities including:

  • Market Development:
    • Plan and execute marketing programs for the IC product portfolio.
    • Launch new products and product lines.
    • Conduct symposiums, marketing programs, and conferences to promote our products.
    • Identify business opportunities with key architects, construction companies, and project consultants.
  • Training Support:
    • Provide training on IC products.
    • Facilitate internal product and technical training for sales and team members.
    • Conduct operational training for end users.
  • Sales Support:
    • Support sales teams with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools.
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
    • Attend product-related discussions and commercial negotiations.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Track sales and organize stocks.
    • Maintain and analyze sales data.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide feedback.
    Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in medical equipment, devices, and consumables in the infection control industry.
  • Strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
