Job Description

As aSenior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of ARIT Financial Products. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that align with business goals and market/customer needs. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and exceptional execution to drive product growth and market fit.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Analyze product performance and gather user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
- Run product development processes including ideation, requirements gathering, and release planning.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on product initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on data, user feedback, and business impact.

Execution & Delivery

- Lead agile product development cycles, working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
- Write clear PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and user stories.
- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Communicate product updates to executives and stakeholders, balancing technical and business perspectives.

Data-Driven Decision Making

- Define and track metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, revenue) to measure success.
- Use A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), and user feedback to iterate.

Leadership

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:10-14 years in product management with 4-5 years experience in BFSI domain.
- Technical Acumen:Ability to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data models, and scalability.
- Analytical Skills:Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Communication:Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
- Leadership:Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field + MBA (Sales, Marketing or Finance).

Nice to Have

- Experience with any BI Tools like True BI. Power BI, etc
