Chief Energy Storage Specialist

As an Energy Storage Engineer, you will be responsible for designing battery-based energy storage systems and have knowledge of PCS, BMS, EMS, and SCADA designs.
- Ensure electrical design and review of technical documents and installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations in the USA.
- Have a deep understanding of current battery technologies and their relation to battery parameters.
- Develop FAT and integration test plans for BESS systems, including technical review of vendor-provided documents.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering field. Ph.D. holders are also welcome.
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical schematics, technical manuals, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, planning, time management, and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Client management, team management, and process management skills.
- Knowledge of other electrical and PV software is an added advantage.
