As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll process multi-state weekly payroll for Restaurant team members at assigned locations.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment at our Hyderabad Support Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, audit, review, and reconcile restaurant payrolls on a weekly basis.
  • Provide timely and effective customer service via email and tickets.
  • Maintain confidentiality for all payroll-related items.
  • Assist Operations with payroll corrections and data entry.
  • Research and resolve payroll-related matters.
  • Correct job codes, rates, and wage reclassification requests.
  • Input missing hours, mileage, per diem, and tip adjustments.
  • Handle garnishments and verification of employment.

To succeed, you'll need strong computer skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

A high school diploma and 1-2 years of payroll experience are required. An undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
