About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst who can ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll information, including employee data entry, tax and payment elections, earning and deduction processing, garnishment and support order processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze payroll transactions to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
  • Support all payroll functions and programs impacting employees, serving as a resource for the team.
  • Verify payroll production accuracy, researching and adjusting wages and/or taxes as needed.
  • Maintain payroll databases with up-to-date employee information in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
  • Carry out rigorous quality checks on payroll data to prevent errors and rework.
  • Meet payroll delivery deadlines.
  • Pursue continuous improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote a professional work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2+ years of US and Canada payroll experience (multi-state pay knowledge and tax compliance).
  • Familiarity with Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to accurately enter data.
  • Compliance with documented processes.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative teamwork skills.
