About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed.
- Escalate software bugs and issues to our development team, working closely with them to resolve the issue and close out the ticket.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Analyze and derive metrics from our ticketing system to identify areas for improvement and optimize our support processes.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide high-quality support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience in managing relationships and expectations with SaaS products.
