Frontend Support Manager Position

The company is seeking a seasoned Frontend Support Manager to oversee the resolution of frontend-related support tickets.

Ticket Management Responsibilities
  • Analyze and prioritize frontend support tickets with high urgency.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skillset and availability.
  • Guarantee timely and satisfactory resolutions to support requests.
Technical Expertise Requirements
  • Provide expert support for HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress-related issues.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and debug frontend problems.
  • Offer technical guidance to team members with complex challenges.
Team Leadership Expectations
  • Lead and mentor a small team of skilled frontend support professionals.
  • Monitor team progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards and processes.
Client Communication Guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear and professional communication.

This position requires proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, as well as experience with WordPress (themes & plugins).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets efficiently.
  • Experience in team coordination and task delegation.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho.
