Real Time Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Time Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring real-time performance of agents and queues within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor real-time performance of agents and queues, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize staffing levels and allocate resources effectively.
  • Analyze real-time data to identify potential issues and opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate effectively with operations teams and leaders to address performance gaps and ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize Workforce Management (WFM) tools to track, report, and manage agent activities and queue performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months of mandatory experience as a WFM RTA in an International BPO.
  • Tool Knowledge: Proficiency with WFM tools such as IEX, VERINT, AVAYA, and Genesys.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Education: Graduates only.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
