Job Title: Day Operations Consultant

Their focus includes Digital Engineering, Cloud Services, AI, Data Analytics, Enterprise Applications, and IT Infrastructure.

Delivery centers are located in India, including cities like Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.

Offices are found in over 35 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with Workday integration development is essential.
  • A solid understanding of core Workday concepts is necessary.
  • Business objects and relationships between PBO and RBO must be identified and utilized effectively.
  • Experience with integrations, calc fields, security, and migrations is required.
  • Understanding of EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports is crucial.
  • Candidates with experience using Workday Extend are preferred.
  • Excellent coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills are expected.
  • Knowledge of XSLT is necessary.
  • Understanding of ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting is essential.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to understand complex operating environments quickly.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Any graduation qualification is acceptable.
  • Hybrid work mode.
  • Contract employment type.
  • Immediate notice period up to 15 days.
