Job Title:

Industrial HR Specialist

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • End-to-end recruitment for all plant-level roles (blue-collar & staff)
    • Liaising with labor vendors for manpower supply and ensuring timely induction of new employees
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Addressing grievances of workmen and staff, resolving issues promptly and fairly
    • Fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
    • Maintaining healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions (if applicable)
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Coordinating payroll processing to ensure timely payment
    • Evaluating compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, etc.) and implementing corrective actions
    • Managing statutory returns, inspections, and audits
  • HR Operations
    • Maintaining accurate records of employee data, attendance, and leave management
    • Preparing regular reports on HR metrics and analytics
    • Handling documentation related to offer letters, confirmations, separations, and other HR-related matters
  • Performance & Training
    • Supporting performance management processes to enhance employee productivity
    • Identifying training needs and organizing skill development sessions to upskill employees

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in industrial HR functions (preferably in a manufacturing setup)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently
