Job Title: Business Consulting Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Consulting Senior Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering planning solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business/technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.
  • Set engagement objectives and scope followed by the development of detailed solutions, and project plans to meet the specific needs of each client and engagement.
  • Support sales of the Chainalytics IDSP service offerings.
  • Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.
  • Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.
  • Responsibility for review and approval of all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc) that support Chainalytics' overall brand and positioning.
  • Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative and energetic.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Significant and documented project experience involving solution design and implementation.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment.
  • Solid project management skills demonstrated across multiple industries.
  • Ability to supervise others and actively coach/mentor early to mid in-career consultants.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major.
  • 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management.
  • Willing and able to travel 30-60% based on project requirements.
  • Must have Supply Chain Planning Consulting Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain consulting.
  • Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
  • Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g. Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, o9, etc.
  • Experience working on large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
