The ideal candidate will have formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area. You will perform technical-based activities, contribute to and manage projects, and use deductive reasoning to solve complex problems.


You will also interface with and influence key stakeholders, leverage previous knowledge and expertise to achieve results, and be able to complete work self-guided. A college or university degree is required for this role.


This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a self-starter who is able to work with minimal guidance. You will be responsible for soliciting and leveraging the expertise of colleagues with less experience, and for applying best practices and knowledge of business to improve products or services.


You will also be responsible for solving complex problems, taking a new perspective on existing procedures, and for applying conceptual expertise of theories, practices, and procedures. A strong understanding of best practices and the ability to effectively integrate teams is also essential for this role.


As a Senior Project Management Consultant, you will have a significant impact on a range of customer, operational, project or service activities. You will work within broad guidelines and policies, and will be responsible for managing complex projects and/or programs that align with client expectations and business needs.


This includes managing people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams, planning and directing schedules and project budgets, and organizing project and/or program activities that require interdepartmental meetings and communication.


You will also be responsible for ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints, directing the activities of project support staff, project managers, and sub-contractors, and for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate successful completion of a project.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required for this position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

  • Manages complex projects and/or programs that align with client expectations and business needs.
  • Manages people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams.
  • Plans and directs schedules and project budgets.

  • Ensures completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Directs the activities of project support staff, project managers, and sub-contractors.
  • Ensures appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate successful completion of a project.
