Job Title: Senior SAP Project System Consultant

Job Summary:
As a Senior SAP Project System Consultant at People Profilers Vietnam, you will lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP Project System implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. You will apply your specialized knowledge of the Construction and Energy sectors to tailor SAP Project System solutions that address unique industry challenges, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive SAP PS solutions considering integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Configure SAP PS modules based on client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business processes.
• Develop and implement project planning and tracking functionalities within SAP PS, enabling efficient project management, resource allocation, cost control, and progress monitoring.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP PS issues, collaborating with technical teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within client projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on SAP PS solutions and best practices.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Project System Consultant with a focus on the Construction and Energy sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven track record of leading successful end-to-end SAP PS implementation projects, including solution design and post-implementation support.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and methodologies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
