About This Role

This Surveillance Manager position plays a critical part in protecting our organization's assets, employees, clients, and reputation by ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and analyze alerts generated from automated surveillance systems to detect potential violations of organizational policies, applicable rules, and regulations.
    • Conduct audio surveillance by listening to voice communications of recorded employees to identify potential policy breaches.
    • Closure of alerts with accurate documentation for audit purposes.
    • Adherence to review procedures and continuous improvement thereof.
    • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the communication surveillance program.
    • Support compliance investigations by gathering data, analyzing trends, and identifying anomalies.
    • Report surveillance results to senior management through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
    • Maintain knowledge on regulatory changes, internal policies, and regulators' actions.
